Shawn M. Norris, Ed K-12, NIC, CoreCHI-P, is an accomplished professional with over fifteen years of  success in business operations, interpretation, and training. Currently, Shawn is the Coordinator of Interpreting Services, the Coordinator for the ADA, and Section 1557 at Flagler Health+ in St. Augustine, Florida. Being raised by Deaf parents, he developed fluency in sign language, and his certifications from RID and CCHI further validate his interpreting skills. Shawn has a rich history of leadership, training, and  innovation, with experiences ranging from coordinating interpreting services to public speaking on  language access in healthcare. His love for the Deaf community extends into his volunteer work, including serving as President of the Florida Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf.
