Rosario Welle (Charo) is a freelance accredited bilingual translator (English-Spanish, Spanish-English), editor, content writer, and community interpreter with over 23 years of experience in corporate and institutional communications, with specialized experience in public education, marketing, public affairs, and healthcare within the US and LATAM regions. Prior to becoming a freelances, she worked on staff for eight years as a translator and interpreter for an entire Texas school district.
Rosario has been a member of the American Translators Association (ATA) since 2001, where she has held several important leadership positions. She is currently the administrator of ATA’s Translation Company Division, a member of ATA’s Mentoring Committee, and a member of ATA’s Governance and Communications Committee. Charo is also a member of the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Florida (ATIF).
