Brian Mossop, MA, worked as a translator, reviser and trainer at the Canadian Government’s Translation Bureau from 1974 to 2014. He teaches revision to BA and MA students at York University in Toronto and leads revision workshops for professional translators in Canada and abroad. He holds an MA in linguistics and is the author of Revising and Editing for Translators, 4th edition (Routledge 2020). He has also published some 60 articles on various aspects of translation.
